(Tuesday) Nachos

The most involved meal ingredient-wise, but still simple to prepare: a layer of tortilla chips in a round cake pan, topped with half a can of pinto beans, some taco meat, shredded cheese, cooked in the air fryer until 400 degrees is reached, then topped with sour cream, sliced black olives, and picante sauce, then served.

Once every four Tuesdays I cook a pound of ground beef with taco seasoning, divide into four portions, use one for the day's nachos and put the other three into small ziploc bags and freeze them for use in the next three nacho meals.
