(Sunday) Hamburger, french fries, ice cream

Not much prep work on my part. A handful of frozen crinkle-cut fries, sprayed with oil and salted, put on a parchment paper liner along with a 1/3lb hamburger patty seasoned with salt, coarse black pepper, and garlic powder, all placed into the air fryer and cooked at 400 degrees for eleven minutes. At the beginning I add a hamburger bun, which is done toasting when the fryer comes up to temperature. I dress the bun with mayo and mustard, put the burger patty on it when it's done, cut it in half, put the fries between, serve with a bottle of ketchup.

Dessert makes this the extra-special treat of the week: a dish of Denali extreme moose tracks ice cream.
